Unified quality-control product line

Two approaches to automated product quality control

The first scenario covers visual reject and defect inspection on the line. The second extends inspection beyond the visible spectrum and helps detect hidden defects, signs of spoilage and internal non-uniformities in the product or packaging.

Conventional quality control

When you need to automatically detect a reject, defect type and deviation location

The system works directly on the production line, automatically detects defects, confirms each event with an image, calculates statistics and sends a signal to the operator or internal enterprise systems.

  • Real-time defect detection and classification.
  • Defect-zone segmentation, coordinates, dimensions and confirming images.
  • Event transfer to HMI, SCADA, MES, ERP or a reject-removal system.

Multispectral inspection

When a defect needs to be detected before it becomes visually apparent

The multispectral inspection system combines visible, infrared and ultraviolet channels. This makes it possible to analyze external product characteristics as well as hidden physical or chemical properties that are unavailable to a conventional camera or manual inspection.

  • Detection of hidden spoilage, mold, internal non-uniformities and structural degradation.
  • Analysis of package contents without opening and control of product distribution inside the container.
  • Local edge processing, quality analytics, integration with ERP, MES, BI and reporting.

Need help choosing the right quality-control setup?

We start with the product, defect types, accuracy requirements and imaging conditions: sometimes a conventional camera is enough, while other cases require IR/UV channels and multispectral diagnostics.
